Pressing PAUSE: A Practical Workshop for Mindful Stress Management

Join us for a free 60 min mindfulness based stress management workshop to help improve your resilience and emotional intelligence using simple, practical and actionable techniques. This session will offer simple yet highly effective tools to provide a reliable approach to balancing the mind and reducing stress reactivity in daily life. 

Together we will uncover simple ways to rebalance the nervous system with the help of breathwork and discover mindfulness practices that can serve as a powerful tool that can be accessed anywhere, anytime. We will introduce a radically different definition of stress and thereby open the door to exploring a more effective and sustainable approach to addressing common stress triggers. 

The session will include:

  • Introducing the fundamental theory behind mindfulness & meditation practices

  • Practical, every day tools for how these practices can be applied to modern life

  • A simple 10min guided meditation to apply these learnings experientially in real time

  • Q&A to address any remaining questions

This workshop is open to all who are interested, no prior experience or background with mindfulness or other wellbeing practices necessary.
